Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods: Payments must be made using a valid credit card. A receipt and confirmation will be sent via email after payment has been made and approved.
Refunds and Cancellations: We do not offer any refunds on payments made for modules, courses, or services offered by IFDE. For recurring charges, we reserve the right to suspend account privileges if payments are not made on time.
Account: After your payment has been received, you will gain access to your secure account and login.
Use of Personal Information: We ask for your name and dental credentials in order to verify eligibility for the course. This information will not be shared with any third-parties.
Privacy: Participants are prohibited from copying, sharing, or posting IFDE content and learning material (videos, PDFS, etc.). To protect the identity of patients, cases (used for this course) cannot be posted anywhere outside of our website.
Consent: For the Online Module 1, Applied (1B) section of the course, a patient consent form must be signed by the participant’s patient(s) in order for their case(s) to be presented online.
